The family of Jdimytai Damour, the Wal-Mart temporary-employee who was trampled to death at the beginning of the Black Friday sale last week in Long Island, New York, has filed a wrongful-death suit against the retailer.

As a Wal-Mart in Long Island, New York opened at 5 a.m. for the beginning of the Black Friday sale, kicking off the Christmas shopping season, a mob of thousands rushed through the doors trampling a man to death.

Should I get married? Should I be Good?
Astound the girl next door with my velvet suit and faustaus hood?
